- Select your desired rotitoo piece and click on “Add to Cart”. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to check out under “Cart”.
- Sign into your account or, if you haven’t created one, you can sign up and then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your full name, email, contact phone number and detailed address and all required delivery details; then choose your payment method to complete your order. If you need assistance, please email us at [email protected].
Can I place an order over the phone?

Modify or Cancel Orders:

How accurate is color display on the internet?
Our product shots are true to image and will only vary when displayed under different lighting. Please note that styled shots may show a difference in color due to adjusted lighting for the shoot.
We always offer product shots to reflect real product colors and shapes. Kindly note that colors may vary depending on your device’s brightness settings.
Are all of your products available on the website? Where do I find items that I have seen in the press or magazines?

EXCHANGE & RETURN
How can I return or exchange an ROTITOO product?
ONLINE PURCHASES:
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply complete the return form online or email us your request at [email protected]. We will arrange a pickup with an additional shipping fee depending on your location.
Note: Online purchases cannot be returned at any of the ROTITOO stores.
Shipping fees will be excluded from the refunds.
Once your return is accepted at our quality department, we will proceed with your refund.
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
You can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt. Simply complete the return request in our After Sales Assistance form in-store and drop off your order in the original packaging, along with the purchase invoice. (This policy applies to orders bought from ROTITOO only)
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.

How do I repair an ROTITOO item?

GIFTING/GIFT SERVICES
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
ONLINE PURCHASES: During your online checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message and exclude the price from your order’s invoice. You can enter a custom gift note, which will appear on the order’s packing box. You can write your request on the checkout page in the “Notes about your order” section.
INSTORE PURCHASES: During your check out at any of our stores, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message on a gift card and exclude the price from your order’s receipt.
Can I request a special packaging and gift wrapping for my order?
When ordering online you can opt for the gift wrapping option with exclusive packaging. You can also request a personal message to be written on a card.

Will I be charged for tax?
For orders shipped in Egypt, there are no customs duties.

Are delivery charges refundable?
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you need to change or to adjust your provided delivery address, please reply back to your order’s confirmation email with an updated delivery address or email us at [email protected] before your order gets fulfilled and dispatched.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Deliveries are normally scheduled from Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Orders take 2 – 7 business days to be delivered.(Delivery time varies in certain regions).
Is there a receipt for delivery?
Yes, an electronic receipt will be emailed to you within one hour of your purchase.
What should I do if I have not received the order?
In case your order took more than 4 working days, kindly email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to update you on your order’s status.

We ship via DHL Express and via our in-house courier service in Alexandria only. Deliveries are normally made Sundays through Thursdays, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Product(s) will typically arrive within 2 – 7 business days maximum depending on your location.
