- Data Security:
1- Definition of personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA): Data which relate to a living individual who can be identified: (a) from those data; or (b) from those data and other information which is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of, the data controller; and includes any expression of opinion about the individual and any indication of the intentions of the data controller or any other person in respect of the individual.
2- Rotitoo restricts access to confidential and sensitive data to protect it from being lost or compromised in order to avoid adversely impacting our customers and suffering damage to our reputation.
3- Data Security Policy ("DSP") applies to all customer data, personal data, or other company data defined as sensitive by Rotitoo. Therefore, it applies to every server, database, and system that holds and/or processes such data, including any device that is regularly used for email, web access, or any other work-related device. In addition to any third party who interacts and/or is a contractor with Rotitoo.
4- The company shall provide all its employees and contracted third parties with access to the data to the extent required to perform their duties and/or provide the services, fulfill orders, and/or deliver products as required by Rotitoo.
5- Each user shall have its own unique user ID and each shall be held accountable for the actions committed under their user ID.
6- Records of user access are saved and might be used to provide evidence for security incident investigations.
7- Rotitoo may employ third-party contractors and/or individuals for the following purposes:
Facilitate Rotitoo’s Service;
Provide the Service on Rotitoo’s behalf.
